Day 17 - Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Ponta Delgada to JFK
Slept in and had a late breakfast since we didn't catch the shuttle until 2:00. We stayed in our room until noon and then waited in the lobby with some of our group until it was time to leave. Thankfully we had an uneventful trip home. This was a wonderful vacation. We did and saw a lot but it was relaxing in the amount of time we had in Madeira and Sao Miguel. our group of travelers were also an interesting and fun group. Would highly recommend this trip.
